Customer Reviews

Pretty excellent for a non-steroid cream

My hand eczema often flares out of control, and I used to use Skin-Cap to control it. Then I exposed that the shady company who makes it puts in wide-spectrum steroid ingredients into it lacking disclosing the fact that it's in there. My search for a solution with no steroids that really WORKED led me to this cream by Native Remedies. It isn't as effectual as a steroid cream, but it's not terrible. Quite excellent for for a non-pharmaceutical product. It helped keep the eczema under control, though not as quickly.

On a different note, for those who are suffering hand eczema like I do, here's some info that may save you a lot of grief. I exposed that the SOURCE of my eczema flareups were from mild food allergies! My dermatologist scoffed at the thought when I questioned about it, but when I tried cutting out certain foods for a couple weeks, I exposed that eating wheat and dairy would cause flareups. After refraining from these foods for a week, the eczema would start to clear up on its own, lacking the use of any special creams. The tough thing about learning these allergies is that they do not show up at once. It can take 2-3 days for the flareup to occur after eating the allergens.

This cream helped me when I needed it, but after result what foods caused my troubles, I don't need it anymore.
