Eczema is skin disease that can strike to anyone at anytime. When it strikes, it makes your skin irritated that results in an itchy skin that sometimes leaves temporarily scars and red spots. Some severe eczema can even bleed.

Nutrient deficiencies, this is another common cause that can strike eczema, lack of vitamin E, Aloe Vera and Omega 3 can strike eczema. This doesn’t occur to everybody, because each individual body system differs, but it is a possibility.
